Amber brings extensive courtroom experience to Delk McNally, handling cases involving divorce, legal separation, paternity, custody, parenting time, child support, grandparent visitation, and guardianship.
Amber started her legal career at Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft LLP in New York, New York after graduating law school in 2007. While at Cadwalader, Amber worked as an associate in the litigation department on various complex commercial, securities, and business fraud actions. She also handled litigation aspects in numerous corporate bankruptcy proceedings, SEC investigations, litigation involving mortgage-backed securities, and Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA) matters.
Amber left Cadwalader in 2011 to return to her hometown of Muncie, Indiana in order to open her own legal practice, Willadsen Neal LLC. Amber managed her own litigation practice, focusing primarily on family law and criminal defense work. In addition to a full-time private practice, she was also a public defender for Delaware County, handling all levels of criminal cases from misdemeanors to felonies. She is also the public defender in the Muncie City Court.
Amber is admitted to practice law in Indiana and New York.
