Mike McNally is a founding partner of Delk McNally LLP. He brings decades of litigation experience to the firm, with a practice focused on complex business disputes, risk management, and litigation avoidance strategies. Mike represents a broad range of clients—including companies, boards of directors, and individuals—in matters involving supply chain conflicts, competitive advantage disputes (including trademark and restrictive covenant issues), software litigation, and the control and operation of closely held businesses.
Prior to co-founding Delk McNally LLP, Mike was a partner at Ice Miller LLP in Indianapolis. Over the course of his legal career, he has been involved in jury trials in both state and federal courts, including cases involving Fourth Amendment violations, product liability, and wrongful death claims.
Mike’s approach to legal counsel is grounded in both legal and business insight. After beginning his career as an attorney, he earned a Master of Business Administration to better serve clients through proactive risk assessment and strategic decision-making. He regularly advises clients on minimizing legal exposure, developing litigation avoidance policies, conducting internal investigations, and navigating the regulatory landscape associated with bringing new products to market.
While in law school, Mike served as the liaison between the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board and the Indiana General Assembly. In that role, he drafted and analyzed legislation, testified before legislative committees, and oversaw Indiana’s self-insurance and Second Injury Fund programs. He also served as an associate editor of the Indiana Law Review and interned with the Indiana Court of Appeals.
Mike earned his law degree with honors and is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Mike lives in Carmel, Indiana, with his wife, Nicki, and their four children.
