Daniel Gibson is a trial lawyer practicing in the areas of personal injury, general litigation, and government law.  In addition, Dan assists Delk McNally’s corporate and business clients in a wide array of transactions and other matters.

A Muncie native and a 2000 graduate of Muncie Central High School, Dan received a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University, Bloomington in 2004.  In 2007, he earned his juris doctor from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis.

Dan began his career in 2007 as an associate with Beasley & Gilkison, LLP in Muncie, Indiana. He joined Delk McNally, LLP in 2010 and is licensed to practice in Indiana state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and in the United States Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Dan and his wife Katie reside in Yorktown with their two children.

Community Involvement
Dan is active in the community and has served on the Boards of Directors for the Little Red Door – Cancer Services of East Central Indiana, the Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana, the Alpha Center, and the Muncie Central High School Alumni Association.
